The Park City Museum has first class exhibits that tell the story of our town’s history. Teachers may visit the exhibits to learn more or visit the Hal Compton Research Library to explore our research materials. Please call Jenette Purdy at 435-649-7457 ext 5102 to learn more about how educators may qualify for a free individual membership to the Museum. Look for our annual Teacher Open House to learn about upcoming school programs and available resources.

The Park City Museum Education Department offers teacher resources to aid educators in the classroom and other educational environments. We offer full curriculum guides for 2nd grade and 8th grade science. We also offer lesson plans tailored to our permanent programs and changing gallery programs.

Traveling Trunks
Can’t come to the Museum for a field trip? Bring the Museum to your class! Our traveling trunks are available for check out and each trunk includes lesson plans, activities, and objects. We have traveling trunks for the following:
