Past Annual Events

Renaissance Party.
With food, friends, wine, and beer, the first ever Renaissance Party celebrated Park City in the 1960s and 1970s. A special thanks to Bill Coleman, Bonnie Peretti, Harry Reed, and Jan Wilking for making this night possible. Here are the pictures from the Renaissance Party.
Historic Home Tour. Each year, local residents open the doors of their historic homes for viewing by participants. The self-guided tour is followed by a wonderful post-tour party with gourmet food and wine. Here are pictures from past tours.
Halloween at the Glenwood. This popular annual event has the dual purpose of raising funds for the maintenance of the Glenwood Cemetery in Park City and preserving Park City history. Each year, "residents" of the cemetery stand by their graves and tell their stories of happiness, sorrow and death. Here are pictures from past years. Annual Dungeon Party. Held at the Park City Museum (which features the original territorial 1885 jail sometimes referred to as "the dungeon"), new exhibits are unveiled at this traditionally colorful event. Here are pictures from the previous parties.
Hal's Hikes Through History. Each summer, Research Historian Hal Compton leads hikes to historic sites in the surrounding mountains. Here are pictures from past hikes.
