Past Annual Events -- Hal's Hikes Through History

Historical society members enjoyed hikes during the summer, all led by Research Historian Hal Compton. Below are pictures from each of the three hikes: the Silver King Mine in July, the California Comstock Mill in Thaynes Canyon in August and along the crescent tramway grade to the Silver King Consolidated Mine in September.

The group stops for lunch at the Silver King Mine.
