Members of the Park City Museum are committed to the mission, “Preserve, Protect, and Promote Park City’s History and Heritage.” They contribute time, talent, and money to promote collections care, educational outreach, history programs, and fascinating exhibits. All members believe in the vitality of the Museum as a lasting community resource.

Many ways to give

Capital Campaign

Many believed the $8.95 million goal for renovating and expanding the Museum was ambitious, but we have less than $63,000 left to raise! Would you like to say you helped build the new Museum? All financial gifts are appreciated, and gifts of $10,000 or more will have their name etched into a real core sample and prominently displayed on the donor wall.

Premiere Contribution Levels:

  • $50,000Gold
  • $25,000Silver
  • $15,000Copper
  • $10,000Zinc
  • $5,000Fools’ Gold

Multiple Year Pledge

Giving smaller amounts over multiple years can spread tax advantages while providing significant support to the Park City Museum. Consider the contribution levels above, spread out over several years. Fill out our Pledge Form or contact Executive Director Sandra Morrison at 435-649-7457 or smorrison@parkcityhistory.org.

Gifts of Securities

Appreciated stocks or bonds often provide the most favorable tax benefits for the donor. For more information, please contact Executive Director Sandra Morrison at 435-649-7457 or smorrison@parkcityhistory.org.

Memberships and Gift Memberships

By giving yourself or someone else a Park City Museum membership, you are giving them more than a chance to explore the Museum’s exhibits as many times as they like. You are giving opportunities throughout the year, such as invitations to the infamous Dungeon Party and other special events, members-only hikes and ski tours to historic mine sites, and a 10% discount on all items in the Museum Store, including our limited-edition annual Museum ornament. You may want to look into the possibility of having your employer match your gift to double the value of your giving.

ShopForMuseums.com

Did you know the shopping you do on the Internet everyday can help the Museum? When you shop with ShopforMuseums.com, a percentage of your purchases will go to the Museum at no additional cost to you! Through this website, you can search for gifts on Amazon.com, Best Buy, Delta, Home Depot, and Eddie Bauer, just to name a few.
